SLSG Fall Classic Schedule

I've received numerous inquiries from people wondering what time/location the U-14 Illinois Pre-Academy boys play this upcoming weekend, so I'll post the schedule below. All games will be held at SLSG Creve Coeur, off of Creve Coeur Mills and Maryland Heights Expressway. NOTE: The complex is on the West side of Creve Coeur Lake and there are two Creve Coeur Mills road...You need to turn East on the one that is on the West side of the Lake.

Saturday, October 9
1:30 pm vs. Carmel United (Indiana)
7:30 pm vs. Columbus Crew Juniors (Ohio)

Sunday, October 10
9 am vs. Heartland FC (Iowa)
1:30 pm vs. Javanon (Kentucky)

Fall Session: September 20 - November 5

UPDATE: Time slots are now open for the September 20 - November 5 session of Precision Training, led by myself, Chris Hamburger.

Please contact me at chamburger@slsgsoccer.com to request time(s) for training Wednesday evenings are unavailable as of now and other coaching obligations limit the available times, so if you'd like to get in a session prior to the Winter, please contact me immediately. Requesting time ranges and multiple days will best assist me in putting together a schedule. If you are only available on one evening, I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Times are available on Monday, Thursday and possibly Friday and the weekends if needed.

As a reminder, the cost is lessened per group member and pricing info can be found by clicking anywhere in this sentence.

Training opportunities for the Winter will be announced once a location is confirmed.

AC won 3-0 this evening at AB Soccer Park and I was privileged to be in attendance.

Dale Schilly's First Game as AC St. Louis Head Coach

Dale Schilly's AC St. Louis coaching debut ended in a 0-0 draw against first place Vancouver this evening at AB Soccer Park. This was also the first game as assistant coaches for Blake Decker and John Van Buskirk of SLSG Illinois as well as SLSG Missouri's Tim Leonard. Above are a few images from the evening.

Celebration From Around The World...

For those of you who don't know me, I'm an avid USA soccer fan. A friend of mine started a supporters group for the United States named the "American Outlaws" and a number of them are in South Africa cheering on the Yank's. Numerous articles chronicle their trip and you can find those scattered about the Internet with relative ease.

However, that's not why I'm posting this video. This video shows numerous venues throughout the United States and even Europe, where Landon Donovan's goal was celebrated with true pride and joy. The footage begins in my hometown of Lincoln, NE at the American Outlaws headquarters, Captain Jacks.

Fall Prep Sessions Coming Soon!

In the next week or two information regarding Fall preparation sessions will be officially announced.

For those of you who are preparing for a club season in the Fall, you will also be invited to participate in these sessions or schedule one session per week over a five week span as usual. However, the Fall Prep sessions will run slightly different than before.
