Precision Training Program Policies

Starting Time
Training times are scheduled to begin promptly at the time agreed upon. If a participant is late there is no guarantee a full hour of training will be doable if another training starts immediately thereafter. Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their training time to A). Warm up, and B). Look over the training session in order to shorten time spent during training to explain drills. Please make it a point to arrive plenty early.

Weather
In the event of inclement weather, postponements will be announced immediately on the Precision Training Program blog. If there are concerns over whether or not training will take place, please refer to the blog prior to leaving for the Metro Complex. Postponements for any reason (illness, injury, weather, family emergency, etc.) will be moved to the sixth week, which is designed to allow for training sessions postponed for various reasons to be made up when applicable. If a session has been started and half of the allotted time has been used and weather forces a cancellation, the session will not be made up.

Illness
In the event of a participant becoming ill and unable to partake in an individual session, the session can be made up at the end of the five week training session. Make-up dates will be announced at the end of the five week training schedule and typically will be the week after the last originally scheduled session. Unfortunately, if one individual in a group of two or more happens to fall ill, the session can not be made up for the individual. Please see the "Make-Up Sessions" section below for exceptions.

Injury
In the event of an injury, if the individual participant has completed 3/5 (over 50%) of the sessions and will be unable to finish the originally scheduled five week program, they will not be granted a make-up time. However, if the individual participant has completed less than 50% and is unable to complete the rest of the originally scheduled five week program, one session can be made up at a time beyond the original schedule.

If one member of a group training program is unfortunately injured or chooses to miss training for any reason, those particular sessions can not be made up. See the "Make-Up Sessions" section below for exceptions.

Make-Up Sessions
A sixth week has been added to the end of the five week schedule to account for possible reschedules. Each individual participant/group is allowed one reschedule without losing out on a week of training. If one member happens to be sick, injured or had something pop up on their schedule that’ll keep them from being able to train on the scheduled date, if the entire group is in contact with Coach Hamburger and communicates via e-mail or telephone that they’d like to postpone training to the sixth week that is allowed. Please alert Coach Hamburger 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled training time. In an instance where a date has been agreed upon to train and the participant(s) does not show up for that training session without a call or e-mail, this session will not be made up.

Payment
Payment must be made at the first session. Amounts will be as listed in the "Training Prices" section of this blog. Please make checks payable to "St. Louis Scott Gallagher" and include in the memo "Precision Training Program". Checks should be given to Coach Hamburger prior to the first session beginning.

Refunds
There will be no refunds once the first training session has been completed.

Location
All training will take place at the Collinsville Metro Complex unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon.
